What happens when you take hardstyle out of the Dutch fields and put it on a beach in Croatia? Dropzone happens.
From July 5-9, Zrce Beach on Pag Island transforms into the world’s biggest hard dance holiday. And this year, Dirty Workz is bringing the party.
Not Your Average Festival
Dropzone isn’t really a festival in the traditional sense. It’s more like a hard dance vacation. You’ve got the main stages, sure – but you’ve also got pool parties, boat raves, beach sessions, and the kind of setting that makes you forget you were standing in a muddy field two weeks earlier at Defqon.
Over 90 artists across 25 parties, spread out over five days on one of Croatia’s most famous party beaches. The vibe is different from anything else on the hardstyle calendar. Less intense, more relaxed, but the music hits just as hard.
Dirty Workz Hosting
We’re proud to be hosting at Dropzone this year. That means a dedicated Dirty Workz showcase with our artists bringing the DWX sound to the Croatian coast.
If you’ve ever wondered what a Dirty Workz party looks like with a sunset over the Adriatic Sea as your backdrop – this is your chance to find out.
What To Expect
The setting. Zrce Beach is on the island of Pag, about an hour from Zadar on the Croatian coast. Think rocky beaches, crystal clear water, and open-air venues right on the waterfront. The stages are built into the beach clubs, so you’re literally dancing with your feet in the sand.
The music. Hardstyle, rawstyle, and hardcore across multiple stages and events. Mainstage shows at night, pool parties during the day, boat raves on the sea. The programming runs from afternoon into the early morning hours.
The experience. This is where the hard dance community goes on holiday together. The energy is different from a regular festival. People are more relaxed, the days are longer, and there’s time to actually hang out between sets. Jump in the sea, grab food at the beach, then go right back to dancing.
Getting There
Fly into Zadar Airport – it’s the closest major airport. From there, it’s about an hour by bus or car to Novalja on Pag Island, where Zrce Beach is located. Dropzone offers holiday packages that include accommodation ranging from beach houses to hotel rooms to luxury villas with private pools. There are also payment plans available if you want to spread the cost.
